OUR STORY
our story unfolds in a harmonious blend of God's blessings, hard work, and love of family. We wanted to create a serene retreat where every guest can connect with nature and create lasting memories.
We’re a family of five, born and raised in southwest Missouri. Our family farm, just a mile from the lodge, is where we continue to raise cattle, grow corn, and share family dinners. We feel incredibly blessed to have added to the farm and purchased and renovated the lodge for a short term home rental and horse boarding facility, where families can experience the beautiful countryside that means so much to us.
This is a working farm, so you may see your hosts from time to time completing farm chores like feeding the animals and taking care of the grounds. Say hi! We're friendly!
